On Tap & Batched

The tap wall is the menu — fifteen rotating taps plus the signature 1827 Old Fashioned and three more batched cocktails, everything poured fast so the line moves and the beer stays cold. Well drinks and soda always available.

The building

Bringing the corner back.

This room poured beer for the Square before us. We're moving in to re-ignite it — keeping the tall street-facing windows, the garage doors that open to Main, the arcade and the patio, and building the rest around the European beer-hall idea: long shared tables, where you sit down next to someone you didn't come with.
